1. How to create UserID ?
Check login page in button side there is one option May I Help You? , here is one options "New user? Get UserID", click this link after click show new page for "Steps for knowing your User ID", click proceed button after than enter your valid Account No and click "GO" button, after that enter your registered Mobile Number and click "GO" button finally Your Internet Banking User ID has been sent to Registered Mobile No.
2. How to create Password ?
Check login page in button side there is one option May I Help You ? , here is one options "Password? Get Password ", click this link after click show new page for "Steps for knowing your Password”, click proceed button after than enter your valid UserID and click "GO" button, after that enter your registered Mobile and click "GO" button after that OTP sent to your registered mobile Number and put OTP in textbox after validating you have a option for change password, put new password and confirm password and click create button.
Bank Account
1. How to see Bank Mini Account statement ?
After successfully login, Menu option "Bank Account" in this menu there are two options in Saving Bank Account and Current Account, in Saving/Current Bank Account also have two options, Mini Statement and Detailed Statement if you want to show Saving/Current Bank "Mini Statement" click Saving/Current Bank Account(SB/CA) => Mini Statement and display Mini Statement Saving/Current Account page, select your saving/Current bank account and click "GO" button after that display "clear balance", "Total Balance" and your last five transactions. You also export PDF and Excel Format.
2. How to see Bank Detailed Account statement ?
If you want to show Saving/Current Bank "Detailed Statement" click Saving/Current Bank Account (SB/CA) => Detailed Statement and display Detailed Statement Saving/Current Account page, select your saving/Current bank account and select From Date, To Date Transaction and also have Advance Search option if you want to statement Min Amount to Max Amount after that click "Show Statement" button, display "Opening Balance", "Closing Balance" and show your detailed statement. You also export PDF and Excel Format.
Deposit
1. How to check my Deposits (RD,FD) ?
After successfully login, Menu option "Deposits" in this menu there are two options Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD), in both options click submenu Fixed Deposit (FD)/Recurring Deposit (RD), display the page which one you click, select regarding Account No and click "Go" button, display all details regarding your account.
Loan
1. How to check my Loan Details ?
After successfully login, Menu option "Loans" in this menu one option Loan Details, click submenu Loan Details, display the Loan Details page, select regarding Account No and click "Go" button, display all Loan related details.
Customer Service
1. How to Change UserID ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Change User ID", display the "Change User ID" page, here is option to change New User ID write new User ID and click "Go" button.
2. How to Change Password ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Change Password", display the "Change Password" page, here is option to change New Password, put "Old Password" then "New Password" and "Confirm Password" and click "Update" button.
3. How to LinkAccount ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Request Service" and click submenu "Link Account”, display the "Link Account" page, here is option to "Link Account" , Put Account No and click "Go" button.
4. How to Request New Cheque Book ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Request Service" and click submenu "Cheque Book Request”, display the "Cheque Book Request" page, Select Regarding Account No which you want to new cheque book request and click "Submit" button.
5. How to Stop Cheque ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Request Service" and click submenu "Cheque Stop”, display the "Cheque Stop" page, Select Regarding Account No, here is two options to stop cheque. 1. Single Cheque and 2. Multiple Cheques. If you select single cheque put same cheque number in "From cheque no" and "To cheque no" fields, add remarks and click "Submit" button. Or If you select Multiple cheque means multiple cheque stop, put Min cheque number in "from cheque no" field and Max cheque number in "to cheque no" fields, add remarks and click "Submit" button.
6. How to Block my Debit/ATM Card ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Request Service" and click submenu "Block Card”, display the "Block Card" page, Select Regarding Account No which you want to Block Card, put Debit/ATM card 16 digit number, add remarks and click "Submit" button.
7. How to Un-Block my Debit/ATM Card ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Request Service" and click submenu "Un-Block Card”, display the "Un-Block Card" page, Select Regarding Account No which you want to Un-Block Card, put Debit/ATM card 16 digit number, Card Holder Name, registered Mobile No, registered EmailID and Remarks and click "Submit" button.
8. How to Change Communication Address ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Request Service" and click submenu "Change Communication Address”, display the "Change Communication Address" page, Select Account No, put "Address1" (Primary Address), "Address2" (Area/Landmark) "Address3" (City/Dist/State) and Pin Code and click "Submit" button.
9. How to know Request status ?
Menu option "Customer Service”, click submenu "Request Status”, display the "Request Status" page, Select Account No, here is two option to display "Request Status” 1. Request Status wise or 2. Request ID wise, if you want display status wise here is three option All, Open and Close if select "All" display all open and close status, if select Open status display only "Open" Status, if select close status display only "Close" status or put "Request ID" if you want to show particular request and click "Search" button.
